EMPOWERING OTHERS

God's Country For
Our Heroes

Taking veterans, first responders, kids, and people with disabilities on once in a lifetime hunts.

Freedom has a Face

For many veterans, peace is found where the noise fades — under open skies, beside quiet waters, and in the healing calm of the outdoors.  We’re here to honor those who didn’t just protect a country, but protected families, futures, and the simple moments we often take for granted.

Answering the Call

We’re here to honor those first responders who run toward danger when everyone else is running away — choosing courage in moments that matter most.  They carry heavy moments every day — and deserve time under open skies where they can breathe, reset, and heal.

The Bravest Hearts

Children remind us that courage isn’t measured by size or age — sometimes the bravest hearts are the smallest ones fighting the biggest battles.  Our children reveal that healing isn’t always medical — sometimes it’s found in God’s creation, under an open sky, surrounded by nature’s peace.

Our Founding

Gods Country for Our Heroes was founded in 2022 by outdoor guides Chance Robbins and Sean Barry Jr. to share their love and appreciation of God’s Country with Active-Duty Military, first responders and Veterans. Both Barry and Robbins have been personally inspired by people who have chosen to serve their country and communities. Our founders want to share their passions and skills with individuals who  might not have the opportunity to experience the beauty and vastness of our country.  Barry and Robbins are both experienced, creative outdoors men and they know their skills and experience will help make accommodations for individuals who want to do these type of experiences but have some physical or mental limitations.

OUR VISION

At God's Country for Our Heroes, our vision is to share the peace and healing found in the outdoors. Away from the busyness and challenges of everyday life, we strive to provide our heroes with an opportunity to rest, reconnect, and recover.

We provide all travel, lodging, and guided hunting and fishing experiences—at no cost—to veterans, first responders, and children 18 and younger who have physical or mental disabilities, or who have faced a previous or current life-threatening illness.

Our guests enjoy some of the finest lodges and destinations in the country, accompanied by experienced guides and surrounded by people who care.

We're also proud to offer access to our Action Trackchair, allowing individuals with mobility challenges to experience the outdoors in ways they may have thought were no longer possible. More than just equipment, the Trackchair provides freedom, independence, and the opportunity to create memories that last a lifetime.
